SirBro Email Marketing & Partner Offers Policy
Version 1.0 — Effective 26 August 2026
This Policy explains SirBro's optional email program. It supplements the SirBro Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It does not replace either document, and reading or accepting it does not create consent.
1. Who sends the emails
Optional SirBro emails are sent by LEVANTEM AI LTD, Gladstonos, 116, M.Kyprianou House, 3&4th floor, 3032, Limassol, Cyprus ("SirBro", "we", "us"). Messages are sent through SirBro-controlled sending domains and approved email-service providers. A betting operator does not become the sender merely because its offer appears in an email.
2. Available email topics
You may separately choose:
Football predictions and editorial: match predictions, analysis, performance updates and football content from SirBro.
SirBro product and subscription updates: features, access options, subscription news and occasional SirBro promotions.
Betting-partner offers: promotional offers from betting operators that SirBro has approved as legally eligible for promotion in your location.
Necessary account, security, verification, purchase, subscription, legal-policy and support messages are service communications, not optional marketing. They may be sent when necessary to provide or protect the Service.
3. How consent is obtained
Each optional topic has a separate control. Controls are normally unchecked. You decide which topics, if any, you want. Optional consent is not required to create an account, use the core Service or purchase a subscription.
Accepting the Terms of Service, acknowledging the Privacy Policy, creating an account or continuing to use SirBro is not consent to optional marketing or betting-partner offers. We store evidence of your choice, including the topic, wording and policy version shown, time, source, and relevant age and country information.
4. Double opt-in
We may require you to confirm your choices through an email link. Until confirmation is completed, the selected topics remain pending and optional marketing is not activated. The confirmation applies only to the topics listed in that confirmation email.
5. Country and legal-age requirements
SirBro is intended for users aged 18 and older. Betting-partner communications require you to confirm that you are at least 18 and meet any higher minimum legal age that applies where you are located.
We may use your declared country or region, IP-derived country and campaign rules to determine eligibility. Unknown, incomplete or conflicting age, location or consent data means that betting-partner emails must not be sent. You must not bypass eligibility controls through a VPN, false declaration or another method.
Eligibility screening does not guarantee that a specific operator or offer is lawful, available or suitable for you. You remain responsible for complying with applicable law and the operator's requirements.
6. Expected frequency
Frequency depends on the topics selected. SirBro may send prediction or product emails several times per week during active football periods. Betting-partner offers will initially be limited to no more than two emails per week. Users can change topics or unsubscribe at any time.
Necessary service communications are not included in these optional-marketing frequency limits. We will update this Policy before materially exceeding the disclosed range.
7. Betting-partner offers and affiliate compensation
Depending on the jurisdiction, an operator included in a campaign may be locally licensed, lawfully available under a cross-border permission, or otherwise permitted to market without a locally issued licence. SirBro includes only offers that its campaign rules approve as legally eligible for promotion in the user's location.
SirBro may receive a fixed fee or commission when you click an affiliate link, register, deposit, complete a qualifying transaction or perform another specified action. This commercial relationship will be disclosed in partner emails and on the offer bridge page.
An operator's presence is not a guarantee, endorsement or recommendation. SirBro does not accept bets, manage wagers or control operator accounts, identity checks, deposits, bonuses, payouts, withdrawals or disputes. Those matters are exclusively between you and the operator under its terms and privacy policy.
8. Data not shared with betting operators by default
SirBro does not provide a betting operator with your email address, name, date of birth or direct SirBro account identifier unless you separately and explicitly consent to a specifically disclosed data-sharing arrangement.
For attribution, fraud prevention and commission reconciliation, SirBro and an operator or affiliate platform may exchange an opaque reference, campaign information and conversion status. Affiliate URLs must not contain your raw email address, date of birth or direct SirBro account identifier.
If you deliberately continue to an operator, that operator collects and controls information independently under its own privacy policy.
9. Delivery and click tracking
We process campaign and message identifiers, delivery, bounce, complaint and unsubscribe events. Where permitted, emails may use open pixels and branded tracked links to measure delivery, opens, clicks and campaign performance. Open information may be inaccurate because some email clients preload or block content.
Where applicable law requires separate consent for non-essential tracking, we will request it before using that tracking. More information is available in the SirBro Privacy Policy and Cookies & Tracking Policy.
10. Changing topics and unsubscribing
You may change individual topics through preferences.sirbro.gg, use the topic-level unsubscribe link in an email, or unsubscribe from all optional emails. A global unsubscribe applies to every optional topic but does not prevent necessary service communications.
We process unsubscribe requests promptly and maintain a minimal suppression record so that optional emails are not restarted accidentally. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
11. Questions and complaints
For email-preference or delivery questions, contact support@levantemai.pro. For privacy requests or complaints, contact legal@levantemai.pro. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or another data-protection authority competent for your location.
12. Responsible gambling
Gambling involves the risk of financial loss and other harm. SirBro predictions are estimates, not guarantees, and must not be treated as betting advice. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
Partner offers are for adults who meet all applicable age and location requirements. If gambling is causing concern, do not follow partner links and use the support, limit-setting or self-exclusion tools provided by the relevant operator or authority. See sirbro.com/responsible-gambling.
13. Changes, version and effective date
This is Version 1.0, effective 26 August 2026. We archive each version and publish the effective date. A revised policy does not automatically expand your existing consent. If a new purpose requires consent, we will ask separately.
